4个Chapter加起来得有100多页吧  其实最有可能考的就是怎么算Appraisal Value  其他内容太detail基本上都是background reading  看完了很快就忘了
最近不忙  客户各种delay  我们工作性质跟年底没什么关系（有些consulting firm做audit做得多就会比较忙）

哈哈，那就好。至少春节还能回家看看。我以为你们会帮一些公司作valuation，那个不是年底（dec-feb）会比较忙的吗？

consulting firm一般不做valuation吧。。。regular reporting的东西一小时charge几千块估计保险公司也受不了。。。

Beijing/Shanghai office会在年底做很多embedded value review projects相对忙一些，Hong Kong这边M&A和IPO多一些，时间都是没谱的，所以不一定

你好。我不考soa了。可能我比较懒。。。很难晚上学习。。所以考试也只是读读notes,也只是碰碰运气。。
