因为中国的咨询市场和国外的咨询市场完全是两个市场,就我个人的感受而言,我们这边不太信任专业服务机构,在咨询公司的光环丢失后,不太愿意掏钱了, 除此之外还喜欢不付尾款以及不按合同来走,整体市场不够规范和专业,

这一点相信同时做过外企客户(尤其是国外的)和民企客户的咨询从业者来说一定深有感悟在度过了初进中国市场的声誉鼎盛期后,随着外企客户的减少,整个咨询行业的市场环境就变得不那么舒适和乐观了,相信专业服务机构的客户少了,同时即便愿意掏钱的客户也喜欢克扣尾款这个环境着实不怎么好,而对于国外而言整个咨询行业起步更早,甲方也更偏向把专业的事情交给专业的人做,虽然无法避免规模化与外包化的趋势但整体市场相较国内是成熟太多了
