很多母亲都会经历产后抑郁。
讲解baby 是“宝宝”的意思，blue 表示“蓝色的”，在这里是表示“忧伤”，“沮丧”的意思， baby blues 也就是表示“产后抑郁”。当然，这是一种比较口语化的说法，它的在医学上比较正式的说法是 depression.
发音
我们在读这句话的时候，要注意 blues 后面一定要加上 s, 但是不发 /s/ 的音，所以不要读成了 blues, 而应该是发 /z/ 读成 blues.
