我也想要英文版的，我已弄了个中文第4版的电子版。

另外，这本书已经出了英文第6版的了，但是从结构来看，我对了第2版、第3版、第5版、第6版的目录，是一模一样的，估计就是加了些案例什么的。

这本书在欧美是非常出名的，不知在国内怎么用的人不多。

McGraw.Hill.-.Financial.Accounting在论坛里面就有,自己都不愿意搜索一下

6楼讲的不是楼主提到的这本。楼主提到的这本作者是Robert Libby、Patricia A. Libby和Daniel G. Short，国外已经也到第6版了，中文的已由人大出版社出版了英文第4版的翻译版，主译徐经长。6楼提到的这本书在网上很多，一般没有封面，没有作者，但我对了目录，绝不是楼主提到的这本。楼主提到的这本，我已经找了很久，别人也帮我找了很久，一直没找到，但是我自己在“读秀”里找到有第2版、第3版的，不过只能看8页，也没法弄下来，“读秀”里有第6版的书名和介绍，但没有具体内容。
不过在此还是要真诚感谢6楼朋友的热心。
