This is the best selling book in North America, even worldwidely about the quantatitive job interview.

The author is currently the head of finance deparment in Otago University of New Zealand, Another book written by him is 《Basic Black-Scholes》，a good start in studing option pricing. But I could not find it online even in our school's library, while he is the professor of our school. If someone has it, could you upload for sharing? Regards.
