生气也好、难受也好、忍不了了选择发泄也罢，这些看似负面的表现，其实都属于人正常的情绪调节与反馈机制。
前提是，所有的表达“愤怒”、宣泄“压力”的方式，都是有界限的。
不能因为自己缺乏耐心而迁怒于别人，不能因为自己情绪上的矛盾而放弃承担责任，更不能因为自己痛苦，而报复在与之无关的人身上。
