这话印证了郎教授几年前的观点。

it is very  wonderful,I will pay more attention on it

As to the subject,I want to say labor cost  account  for  little  while design \ transportation is a big piece,even labor cost is rising,they  will  not  move back .for the significant resson that environmental pollution\resource degradation and so on!
