I am working for a middle size manufacturer which has a revenue of CNY 1 Billion in Shenzhen China. My company has gone through following situations recently:

1, Due to the minimum wage law from local government, the labor cost has rised overwhelmingly. Due to the long distance from hometown and difficulty in buying tickets for spring festive, many factory workers refused to come back after the spring festive. Responded to above two reasons, as well as our expansion, we decide to build a new factory in Hunan province which could consume large amount of wokers in neighhood with low wage , while worrying nothing about their sudden absence at all.

2, Knowing news of Japan hit by earthquake , We responded with paying huge amount of cash to Japanese firms for their storage the day right after the earquake. Because supply chain is everything for a manufacturer.

this article give some reasons for some Mulimanufacturer back to home. i think ,i is the result of our country's long rapid economic growth. it is a good time for us to development our hi-techology ,We must strengthen basic research and research in high technology, promote key technological innovation and systems integration so that technology will develop by leaps and bounds.
PS: in now days ,usa want to keep  leader in every aera is impossible, he must know it !

(4.4)  In fact ,many economists had recognised this phenomennon,with the development of  our nation and the amendment of labor law,this phonomennon will happen sooner or later.The only way out is to transfer from manufactured in China to created in China.
        At the same time,firms should take profit from the supply chain management ,especially, the other parts of supply chain except mannufacturing.

Actually,I doubt the opinion of this article."... manufacturers will be indifferent between locating in America or China for production for consumption in America..." With the growth of China's wage,the equilibrum must appear in some day, but according to intuitive judgement, the time  will be long. If one day most of the US companies draw back the factorys, it's not so late to reach the conclusion of this article.
