Now I think I know the causes affect stock prices in China.
First, the government's policies to curb inflation contribute to it.
Second, I guess those who have free money swarm to the stock market because the real estate market is limited. Too
many buyers drive down the prices.

The market is hard to guess, but the power of some institutions is more than imagined. I hope commodities prices will not rise much since inflation is hard to control now, and it will cause it to deteriorate. Yuan will appreciate in the short run at least, and inflation is still a problem in the coming months for China I think.
