China – Not quite the end of tightening

• China’s May data has a small positive bias, with demand growth holding up well
• Inflation is still an issue, and a final rate hike is still possible
• We see growth momentum weakening, mildly, into the summer and look for the State Council to move to a more accommodative policy stance towards Q4
