although  from the theory point ,inflation has two aspects. on one hand it may  inspire complain , on the other hand it is welth diversion , i think the effect of wealtj diversion is very  small . because it is not only agricultural food's prices are rising it isnearly all. so the rural people still have low even lower purchase power .there will have more complain.

There are two sentences i think worthy of being recited
“The flurry of economic indicators that came out recently indicates that inflation pressures may persist in the short term but will taper out in the long run. ” and ”China's economic growth remains stable and taming inflation is the government's priority“  The word  “taper ”and the word “tame ”,i think these two words here is very good ,i wish i can use them smoothly

besides ,i am not quite agree with Huang‘s argument ,who says "The interesting thing is that higher prices will benefit the rural people who are agricultural producers. The income of those rural areas will be increasing faster. No one realizes that this inflation will help shift income from the urban people to the rural people," i am from rural and my parents are farmers, i know clearly what is  farmers’  feeling about the inflation . the food prices are artificially depressed,but the fertilizer and machinery costs are soaring .thus they maybe have to reduce expenses to make a living ,further more ,they may not be able to buy meet and eggs.
我想起一句古语”兴，百姓苦；亡，百姓苦“.中国经过三十年改革开放其资本原始积累已经差不多了，什么时候可以停止对穷苦百姓的deprive啊！！

"Highter price is forever benefited to the rich" I completely agree. People who suffered most are thoes live on salary.

The inflation never means the improvement of rural people's livehood.The benefit from inflation will be taken by the government and some large trader.In my opinion,the reason for the  increase of CPI is the big railway project and the more expensive oil.In order to tame the impact of inflation,Chinese government should reduce the tax and establish a more effecient market information channel.
