This dilemma may indirectly results from the financial crisis, the manager may take the descreasing bonus strategy at the price of highing wage and unemployment rate. So what’s the main goal to the taken measures of Wall Street can be obviously seen, it’s decreaing so large amount of bonus to erease the financial stress by excuse of increasing worker’s wage which is much lower than the decreasing one . eventually,it will inevitablely bring out the unemployment problems.
