QE3应该不会到来，老美还是认可之前政策对经济的刺激作用的，并且有信心解决目前小的通货膨胀，可问题是他们把通货膨胀输出到其他国家了。。。

there is always somthing can't be anticipated in thte market,  the trend may seems a positive singal, the truth will be totally negative and desperate. for the uncertainties, it's hard for the policy makers to choose the best  and accurate one

I have to learn more economic theories to understand some policies and  handle to anlysis them...
