You are hired to assist a company that is entering into a contact to create a computer program.   Here is the situation.   There is a computer program due by contract to be completed on December 1 for delivery to another company.   You examine the contract, and see that the other company signed it, but your company did not.    You learn that your company did not tell the other company that your programmer is not licensed or experienced.   You also learn that because the programmer does not know what they are doing, the program will not be finished by December 1st.    What will you advise your company?  Post at least 2 paragraphs.
