i don't think the housing bubble will burst soon. Because if it bursts, the most local banks whick rely on the housing loans can't get the money back. That would be a real disaster. So communist party government will try best to prevent this and help local government deal with the huge amount of debts.

The bubble is not afraid if we deal with it appropriately.What afraid us most is that we are aware of the bubble ,but the government  still don't see it.

the  govenrment will try their efforts to keep the buble and make a soft landing.
