Research Associate – Job Description
Overall responsibility:
The Research Associate (RA) is part of the Client Service team in their office and in a larger office will belong to a specific Client Service Team. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Client Service under close supervision from their manager and senior account team members.

- Acts as a liaison between the Client and MB on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met
- Day to day involvement with client projects, including questionnaire design, liaison with project management, data analysis, interpretation and development of recommendations, preparation of presentations of findings, liaison with CSS
- Is beginning to develop presentation skills, including looking for best possible ways to present the information/graphics
- Demonstrates some basic marketing knowledge

Required Experience/Skills:
- University degree
- Strong interest in marketing (research) knowledge
- Solid analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times
- Project management - supports team leaders to complete projects based on client requirements and provides day to day administrative assistance to senior team members
- Technical skills:-
- Demonstrates familiarity with computer programs
- Completes necessary database forms.
- Strong communications skills
