Multiple positions available immediately in multi-disciplinary research
Programs in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, and pharmaceutical sciences, specifically in any of the following areas: (1) peptide and protein chemical synthesis and modification for protein folding, synthetic biology and therapeutic research; (2) protein structure-based and computer-aided drug design and computer modeling of protein-ligand interactions for inhibitor design; (3) organic, medicinal, and combinatorial synthesis for applications in drug discovery and nanomedicine; (4) protein receptor binding and cell-based drug screening assays; (5) in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies such as animal efficacy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicology, drug metabolism, and formulation and delivery; and (6) target identification and validation, pharmacogenomics, systems pharmacology, personalized medicine, research on traditional Chinese medicine, or any other new research area relevant to pharmaceutical discovery and research.
