International Journal of Sustainable Real Estate and Construction Economics,IJSRECE proposes and fosters discussion on sustainable real estate and economics, emphasising the application of various economic theories. It acknowledges the complexity of the concept of sustainability as an interface between economics, society and the environment and offers a platform on which both academics and practitioners will find research of interest. Although there are journals which publish for sustainable real estate and construction, this is the first of its kind to focus on the issue from an economics perspective.
