最高院对《婚姻法》新解释将中国女人打回原形

疑问：现在夫妻双方一起买房，就算双方是真心的，那么一起登记时也必然有所顾虑，万一要是离了呢？没登记的一方岂不是亏了，双方或多或少会顾虑这个问题吧！这个该怎么解决呢？

这东西本就像门一样，防君子不防小人的东西。。。。本来是层御寒保暖的衣物，却看得比身体还重要，不可笑吗？

踏踏实实过日子才是真的。。。家和万事兴。。。。现在聪明，精明的女人满街都是，但闪烁着质朴智慧的女性却越来越少。。。

你的看法真得是有失偏颇！不是女的拜金，而是这个社会现实，缺乏的是道德和责任感。

如果结婚时就想着离婚，还是不结的好。对于恩爱夫妻，什么时候都不会有影响。

yeah, anything has its pros and cons...
Most womne after married will have kid(s), even though only one child now, which puts lots of extra work on women's shoulder.  Traditionally, the same job/responsibility women get paid lower than men.  In other words, women is almost underpaid with the same work load.  Naturally, mom take more responsiblities on their kids because natural bond which can not be measured by $$.  It is hard to say this new law is really promote the equalization between man and woman but a easy solution from legal point of view - to make divorce case easier and less argument.  From this prospective, I (personally) do not like this new law... the consequences of this new marriage law need to be deeply thought and discussed.
