Acquiring knowledge is one thing,but nurturing interests of educated people is another.Education reform should initiate from the beginning of little children.

强势同意楼主观点，我只有在读完文章不累的时候才会有兴趣讨论，这样的篇幅很合适，楼主费心了。
现在我们的高端研究型人才严重不足是制约我们技术发展的主要因素，高校本科学生继续攻读硕士学位的比率还行，不过再继续攻读博士学位的比例就相当的小了。没有足够的人力又何来技术创新进步呢，总不能一直拾人牙慧吧。没有自己的尖端技术就只能受制于人。

As I known,our country has mentioned "innovation" long time ago,but there is no symbol in our livinglife to make us feel or see it.So,how to realize "innovation" is more important than saying it.

恩，首先要学。不过要有自己的点子才是创新的关键要素啊~ORACLE的创始人，MS的盖茨，APPLE的乔布斯.很多时候我们做事或者想出点子并不是我们学的很多，而是有好的想法~

It's s tradition in our culture to conform to the doctrine and we've long been confined by the discipline.It still take time to witness the outcome of education reform.
