这篇文章读得很畅快！其中吸引我的一点是 "disruptive innovation" ，直译为破坏性创新。这让我想到了“不破不立”和“改革与革命”。

disruptive应该是来形容innovation的。

我倒是觉得中国的教育模式太过死硬，从小学生开始就是应试应试，大部分人都被培养成了学习机器，包括我自己，学习能力很好，创新能力不足。
