创新不足，满足于代工和山寨是中国企业目前的问题

经典经济理论指出经济增长的因素只有：1，劳动力，2，资本，3，科技进步。目前想要发展只能靠科技进步了。

可素长期情形下经济增长不是只能有生产技术水平的提高才有增长效应，劳动力和资本只是是总产出水平增加，并不能促进经济增长率。
And I get slightly different opinion with whachel1976. Actually the education budget is still a tiny part of GDP, the government haven't live up to the expectation he has promised. As for the degree, personally speaking, the high degree doesn't equal to the high quality. I even think it is a way to ease the pressure of unemployment through prolonging the education period.
Obviously, innovation is something no one would refuse. However,under today's atmosphere, innovation may be turn to a slogan without real action. Furthermore, our culture make us focus more on the quantity nor the quality. I hardly dare to mention that how many papers written by our so-called professors have real contribution.
Perhaps I am too pessimistic.Anyway, it is generally admitted that innovation is the key factor to boost the economy.
