1.Why do you choose Nestle asyour career starting point? What in Nestle attracts you most?
Fisrt of all, I am a graduate student from Southwest jiaotong University and specializein management. What I have learned can make a contribution to your company. Iam eagerto jointa big, international company like nestle. What attracts me most is that Nestleis a mature company which have a efficient training system and excellentmanagement. both are good for my own growth.
2.What do you think are theessential" qualities" in being successful in your career development?
I think the most essentialqualities in being successful in my career development is my aspiration andresponsibility. With the aspiration and responsibility, I am glad to learn newthings and others’good skills .I am eager to conquer the difficulties and to besucceed.
3.Where do you see yourself3-5 years from now and how do you evaluate yourself in terms of strength andweakness?
In the passed 3-5 years, Ilearned a lot. on one hand, I worked as a part-time job consultant andparticipated in the Voluntee of The Beijing Olympic Games. on the other hand, Ikept a good relationship with other students. I was voted to be Deputy Squad Leader andvice-monitor. As to my weakness, I am friendly to all, sometime it is difficultfor me to make a decision which maybe do harm to one or a small group.
4.When you choose from ouropen positions, what is your base for your priority setting and why?
Mymajor is Veterinary Medicine, I am familiar with the whole food sector . i amsure that what i have learned and experienced will make me more suitable foryour position. I used to dream to enter Nestle since I am freshman. i wouldlike Nestleto be my first destination in my life.
5.Please describe your biggestnon-academic achievement in the past years. What’s the critical obstacle youfaced during the process and how did you solve it?
The biggest achievement in thepast time is my organizing a wholeclass Travel to ShiDu. have a discussion with monitor, collect whole classes'advice, rent a middle bus, manage the expense, contact a Farm House and so on. enventlyit is not a easy jop. After a week’s hard work, we have prepared to begin ourtrip well. I am so happy we can succeed to organize a whole group. but theexpense overstepped our total fee. At the very time,i collected all the moneywe surplused . Fromthis thing I understand how important of the cooperation and the power of thegroup.
6.Have you ever worked in ateam where members have totally different points of view? What was your role atthat time and how did you act?
last year I was voted to bevice-monitor. in ordeer to celebrate the new year' coming, our class prepare tohold a party. but the problem is that what kind of party to hold drive us intoa hot water. some prefer a compotation to a nightless singing and dancing. theothers not. as a vice-monitor,i take both of the advice into consideration,t hendicuss with the monitor and harmonize the minority. though our hard working, weget agree that have a compotation fisrt,t hen singing and dancing just up totheirselves.
