2011年10月10日早上，全球CPA培训领导者Becker宣布已与关岛大学合作，签署了为关岛当地居民提供CPA培训服务的协议。根据该协议的规定，自2011年秋季开始三年内，关岛当地居民的CPA培训课程均由Becker提供，此次合作收到关岛州会计委员会的大力支持。DOWNERS GROVE,Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Becker Professional Education,a global leader in professional education and a part of DeVry Inc.(NYSE:DV -News),announced an agreement with the University of Guam's School of Business and Public Administration to offer Becker's U.S.CPA Exam Review starting this fall on Monday October 10,2011.The three-year agreement is supported by The Guam Board of Accountancy(GBA),which is the governing body responsible for licensing and administering the CPA Exam in the Territory of Guam.

The University of Guam will offer Becker's complete four-part CPA Exam Review on-campus.Becker's fully integrated and comprehensive course has been used by 47 of the top 55 scorers on the CPA Exam in the last five years.Becker students also pass the CPA Exam at double the rate of non-Becker candidates.With more than 400,000 alumni,this proven track record of success has earned Becker partnerships with 98 of the top 100 accounting firms including the Big Four.
Guam residents pursuing the U.S.CPA designation at the University of Guam will have the opportunity to receive financial subsidies from the GBA to provide course and exam preparation materials at a significant discount.

考试申请审核时间一般在1个到一个半月左右。但是缅因州和关岛审核时间也较短，最快可在7-20天收到NTS。
为了节约时间进行学习，所以自成建议学员把材料交给培训中心，由培训中心代理，节约自己的精力去投入学习。
因为评估和审核需要2-3个月，所以在申请评估之前就应该投入学习了。
