In this generally uncertain environment,it's hard to say recovery based on the data released.A series policies maybe contribute to the economy temporarily.But,to convince the people it's stable,or manage the civilian anticipant well,the authority need to do more and make the "recovery" more convincible.

Recovery? as a joke from politicians always. take a look at Dr. Copper, slide more than 5% today as global growth jitters.
