If it were not for the unexpected large-scale laid-offs, foreign invested companies would be more attractive.
Sudden shut down of subsidiaries worldwide makes those employees once envied by most of their peers jobless instantly. Who knows what it feels like.

Here is a problem, that is the sunshine is not easy to meaure and distribute.
If sunshine is used to be the base of nominal currency, London will be a very poor city, and people will endevor to get rid of the rainy days. Meteorology will become a hot major in universities.
