我也是用R version 2.15.2
libgsl-0.dll在C:\GSL_test2\bin
换句话说你的Computer也需要安装,Windows version of the GSL

安装完记得要设路径.
Add environment variable
1.right click on "My Computer", choose "Properties", select the "Advanced" tab.
2.Click the button "Environment Variables".
3.In the dialog box that opens, click "Path" in the variable list, and then click "Edit".
4.Add C:\GSL_test2\bin;
