This year as manager, I have assigned to mentor an actuarial analyst - now he is in FAP.

I will give him advice on finishing FAP as soon as possible. I welcome any input from you to achieve this. For now the goal is one module per week.

Yep, I have the same question as the guy above. One module per week seems really fast for me. Can ur mentee finish your assignment on time? Do you tell him( her ) skip all the reader materials except the exercises? Do you mind telling us more about ur plan? Thx

you are absolutely right. I advice him to work on FAP EOM Ex right away. Now he is on can-do.

Good job - that's pretty impressive. My mentee's EOM doesn't meet minimum standards. So he is doing version B now. Bummer.
