Pricing: large account, commercial property & casualty, commercial auto,  business service, etc.
Excel / Access / @Risk / SAS / Emblem
Reserving: Excel / Access / Essbase / Reserve Pro / ResQ
Cooperate Regulation (i.e., AA / DCAT report, etc.)

Pricing needs a lot of communication with region / broker - more business oriented;
Reserving needs a lot of experience - high level understanding about business;
Regulation needs a lot of technical work - modeling cash flow, capital allocation etc.

哈哈，做了两年直保定价，做了三年再报定价。。直保主要用SAS 和 Emblem. 枯燥，无聊，每天run SAS code,做 presentation. 再保好很多，每天没事干，做不出就猜，excel 就完全搞定。。（我们不错Cat modelling,都是用现成结果） 。。很多client meeting ,很多entertainment.....感觉再保和直保比起来就是天堂一样。。。。
