I haven't read through the whole thing yet. but basically, page xi of preface of the 9th edition tells you the main differences. In case, some people may have only 8th or 9th but not both. I will type it out here.

1. All calculations involving the normail distribution have been redone in accordance with the precision of the new Prometric calculator.

2. 54 new execrises on various topics, including 19 on interest rate models, were added.

3. Lesson 26 was reorganized.

4. Duplicate and defective practive exam questions were replaced.

The first one simply means more decimal places is showed.

Lesson 26 is "Equilibrium Interest Rate Models: Vasicek and Cox-Ingersoll-Ross"
