Tencent announced in a Dec 29 press release that it has signed an MOU with China Mobile under which Tencent will continue operating its Mobile QQ service for up to six months while it and China Mobile jointly develop, brand, and market a new mobile chat service, provisionally called Fetion QQ. Tencent will then ask its Mobile QQ users, and China Mobile its Fetion users, to activate Fetion QQ. As with Mobile QQ, Fetion QQ will charge Rmb5 per month and the Rmb5 will flow (under current Monternet．．．．．．．．
