<P>This manual was written as an accompaniment to a previous edition to Introduction to the Practice of Statistics by Moore and McCabe. The manual is no longer published so I am offering it here for free. It contains a fairly complete introduction to Basic SAS, some of the simpler statistics PROC's and an introduction to the linear algebra package PROC IML. If you use it please let me know. </P>
