典型相关结果异常如何解决

各位大侠，我现在有有两组数据进行典型相关分析，前一段时间同样的数据同样的操作方法，能出来结果，可是现在按原来的操作步骤操作，结果出现下列结果，请问是什么原因呢？请高手帮我解决一下，非常感谢
我输入的语法为
include 'c:\Program files\spss\canonical correlation.sps'.
cancorr set1=x1 x2 x3
/set2=y1 y2 y3”

还是语句输入有问题，我把 'c:\Program files\spss\canonical correlation.sps'文件所在的地方写的更加详细了
