Intermediate calculation是什么意思？

关于Break Clauses的解释是说 Break clauses are dates provided in the lease that allow the tenant to finish the lease
earlier than the lease expiry. Break clauses are very valuable covenants’ and   tenant breaks   can affect
the landlord’s ability to borrow on the property.  Intermediate calculation can be used to choose
which tenants will break and which will not.  我想问问 Intermediate calculation是什么方法啊？是什么意思？

意思是“中间计算”，不过用在不同的地方意义应该略有不同的。
