2011 L3 Sample Exam Vol1道德部分，答案看不懂.问：关于EA和P10交易，最不可能违反准则因为：
a. 交易优先顺序；
b. CRM和雇员都交易；
c。荐股没有依据。


答案给b，我选的a。有人能看懂他的解释么?
