􀀗 The second phase of changes to the HSI index methodology will take place as of the start of business on 12 March 2007
􀀗 Individual stock weightings will be capped at 20% in the Hang Seng Index and existing constituents will now have two thirds of their free float applied whilst new constituents will continue to enter with a full free float adjustment
􀀗 The second phase will also coincide with the HSI’s regular quarterly review which will see both lCBC and China Life enter the index
