朋友问起adv63题的第11题，当初好像弄明白了，现在看看又不懂了。还请各位高手指点~~~~谢谢大家！！！！！！

Answer is D. the descriptor portion of WORK.ERRORS has been created, however, we haven't assign a filename for RAWDATA so the actual work.errors haven't been created. You just need to assign a text file with missing value to RAWDATA. You can see the actual data set work.erros.
