Task:
European Union and United States are performing anti_dumping investigation on our solar products. US has already imposed tariffs on a lot of solar products made in China and the claim that China improperly subbsidizes our solar manufactures is just ridiculous since most countries subsidize their solar manufacures almost the same way. The news says that a lot of solar manufactures are laying off their workers to reduce cost. What should we do to face the challenge?

I do believe that the other meaning of dependence is bound.

The investigation will take 15 months, during which a provisional anti-dumping duties of within 9 months might be imposed according to EU rules, provided there is sufficient prima facie evidence of dumping.

The key to face the Anti-dumping investigation are  known to all, which need a protracted war, to improve the core competition force and brand effect of enterprises, to expand domestic consumption market, of course, to change the extensive management reducing cost is also imperative.

I think these companies, which made the solar products, should get together and defend themselves against such suits! supposing they fail to show up, the situation would be worse over the next few yrs. so generally speaking, we would see the settlement.   

The most important determinant should be made by the market, and mass investment will surely give them a lesson. But the government should make fair trade and put more pressure on other countries. Meanwhile, domestic demand is always important.
