From the editor: In this edition we argue that the success factors for countries are often
shared with their companies. Clusters of excellence at the corporate and industry level are
often reflective of the strength of a country’s institutions and our interview with Professor
James Robinson of Harvard explores this. We also have pieces digging into success factors
