沃尔玛的consignment方式是什么呢，能不能给这种模式做个SWOT分析？（当然，成本领先战略下的采购、配送，采用定位科技都是Wal-mart耳熟能详的成功典范，我想单从consignment方向分析）


P.S.：consignment 寄售   To consign means to send and therefore consignment means sending goods to another person. In case of consignment goods are sent to the agent for the purpose of sale. The ownership of these goods remains with the sender.        ---wiki
