It is extremely easy to combine R with Latex.
1. For table, you might consider using package(xtable) which could automatically generate the tex code for the table. All what you have to do is design your table in R by using command "dimnames" and "digits" command in "xtable" package.

2. For including graphics, a better way is to output your plots in a ".pdf" format which can be achieved by using command "pdf()", then insert the pdf plots into your latex file. At last use latex2pdf to get your job done!
3.There is an even more powerful package which is the "Vignette" package that allow one to interactive with R under Latex environment!
