I once uploaded limdep 8.0 and Spss to this bbs, and made them avaiblable for free to everyone here. and when it is my turn to ask for some help, i am suffering a problem of 'money'. It really makes me sad. I need RATS and some time series data urgently, why can't i get any help from your guys?

A friend in need is a friend indeed, don't turn out when you need a hand, but be a nice pal when others need your help.

To the adminstrators, the future economists made such a bad solutiion to solve the congestion problem, i am really recommending you guys pick up any intermediate public economics textbook to find out whether you guys can make any pareto improvement.
