激动了一下，还想着把AMAZON买的退了。下了一看，不是我要的。是CORPORATE FINANCE： THE CORE. 只有19章。  

哪里有31章的CORPORATE FINANCE呀？？

下下来了但是感觉不是很值，不是文字版那种精致的，有些图看的不是很清楚，但又比纯扫描的好一些。聊胜于无吧，但是感觉20个论坛币有点儿贵了
