看到过一些关于R与其他软件的争论，比如STATA，当然各有千秋。也有一种想学R的冲动，但有个顾虑，R由于是开源的，计算结果被国内外权威期刊认可吗?如果不被认可，岂不是白学了。所以有些困惑，请各位高手指教。

I think your worry is not necessary! There is a huge community of R users and there are lots of books/articles using R. And I know there are also many companies using R too! So it won't be useless, as long as you are in data zone. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure about 中文C刊, but for English journals, it's very common to use R for data analysis. Actually there is a very high impact journal <<Journal of statistical software>> latest Impact factor: >4, and a large portion its articles are about R.

I learned R from:
cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/R-intro.pdf

But search "introduction to R", you'll get a whole bunch of introductory tutorials.

If you've already had good statistics background, try: An R Companion to Applied Regression.

我认为会认可，这几年R也开始在国内火起来了，中国的科研都在学国外，自然会接受这个新的工具
