这是一个EXECL 统计分析功能扩展模块，装上后可以为EXECL增加一个“DADA ANALYSIS PLUS”功能块。增加十多种统计分析功能，如自动生成“BOX PLOTS","STEM AND LEAF" 等等，安装说明如下：

Manual Install Instructions for DATA ANALYSIS PLUS?4.0 (an Excel add-in)

1. The Data Analysis Plus 4.0 Excel add-in is called 'STATS.XLS' and is in the "Data Analysis Plus 4.0" folder. Copy it to the XLStart folder, or load it directly from Excel.

2. Place the STATS.HLP file in a folder of your choice. It's location will be requested later from within Excel, so remember where you placed it. IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you are using Microsoft?Office XP you must set your macro security to "medium security". When the install completes, in Excel, go to 'Tools, Options, Macro Security' and select "medium security". If Excel asks you to enable macros, please do so.

这个到底有什么用，excel比eviews好用么

有没有搞错，上面的同志居然透支了？！

This is a statistics analysis tool using by foreign students to study basic statistics principles. Although its function is not good enough, but for an undergraduate student, it is useful. Because of its small size, you can bring it everywhere, use it in any computer which have MS Office.

If a problem can be solved by using EXCEL, why you need to use others? No other tools so simple as MS Office, do you think so?

excel 确实不错，不过装office时就有的，为什么要这个单独的模块？难道说是另外的？
