一样的毛病，就是不能加载到excel里头去。

这个问题我终于解决了，困扰了我好几天。

解决方法，把Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix(KB928366)这个补丁卸载到，就可以成功启动License Manager.

希望对大家有帮助。

请问如何能卸载Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix(KB928366)这个补丁，有没有工具。

在控制面板里面没有如何能卸载？

据查阅资料，Windows Server 2003 是自带Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1的，删除不了。不知高手可有办法解决。

我安装好后，打开后只有excel，crystal ball无法显示，不知道为何？

安装的时候，里面有一个宏也就是xla后缀名，把它复制到office文件夹的libery里面，然后打开excel选择工具栏加载一下就可以了！同时安装crystal ball的时候要装在program里面。
