      本人菜鸟，试着看券商研报。发现最近有增发行为的一些上市公司中，有那么近10家的增发价格都远高于当前价格。距离增发时间也就1个多月时间，券商的投资策略还是推荐买入。难道到了增发日股票价格真的可能大幅上涨超过增发价格？这样的增发谁会冒险买账呢？
      公司处于项目融资目的进行的股票增发这样设定增发价格不怕到时候融资计划流产吗？
      满脑子疑问！！！！！！！？？？？？？？？求大神解惑

It is possible that stocks are undervalued at the moment. So even the SEO price is higher than the current stock price, it is still cheaper. In addition, the buyers who will buy SEO shares can not sell it immediately after they buy them, So they do not care whether SEO price is hihger than the current stock price, they do care whether SEO price is lower than the stock price in the future when you want to sell them.

Thank you for your help! Your answer is very reasonable and valuable. I used to think that if the SEO price is higher than the current price, why not investors buy the stocks from the second market directly ,which is lower cost. But now I find that the SEO is to institution investors who will buy a bulk of stocks. The quantity is huge enough to make the current price to be higher cost than SEO price.
