绩效考核主管职位描述:
主要工作职责:
1. 参与组织实施和协调以LEAD为基础的人员发展体系;Carry out evaluation system based on LEAD;
2. 参与制定和执行员工职业发展路径及工作轮换等相关的人员发展政策和标准;Participate designing and implementing the employee career development route and rotation policy and standards;
3. 组织实施员工岗位变动资格审核;Coordination for qualification assessment for employee position change;
4. 参与针对有潜力的经理进行的定期审核,参与制定明确的人员发展计划,对实施结果进行系统的评估;Participate regularly audit to selected managers, design related IDP and provide systematic evaluation;
5. 组织白领员工职称申报事项;Organize the issue about white collar Employees’ Professional Title Assessment;
6. 编制和提交相关报表及报告。Relevant forms and report.
任职条件:
1. 大学本科或以上学历,
2. 人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业;HR management, Business management or other related major;
3. 3年以上相关工作经验;3 years and above relevant working experience;
4. 掌握现代人力资源管理知识和职业生涯规划管理知识,了解汽车行业人才需求;With solid HR knowledge focus on HR development, be familiar with auto industry HR needs
5. 熟练使用计算机与常用办公软件,具备良好的英文能力;Good command of computer and software skills, be able to use English as working language;
6. 具有人力资源管理、绩效管理方面的专业培训经历;Have HR development, performance assessment or related training experience;
7. 具有较强的规划、分析、组织与协调能力。Have strong planning, analysis, organization and communication skills.
