选B，假设情景1：自己选A，同学若选A那么自己得20分，同学若选B那么自己得0分；                       情景2：自己选B,若同学选A则自己得30分，同学若选B则自己得10分。  权衡两种情景：20分<40分      所以B

  没看到满分是30分，有待考虑

If the teacher takes 0 and 10 as a fail of the test, so everybody will choose A.

Because everybody know that if they choose B, they will fail because they can only get 10. So why not choose A, because if his partner chooses A, he will pass the exam(the result is better than getting an F) ; If his partner choose B, he will get 0, this result is still as good as he chooses B when his partner also chooses B( get a Fail).
