Key Responsibilities
Daily operations
Provide day to day assistant supports to various functional teams ( such as AP
, AR, retail finance, treasury and FA& inventory management).
Major work includes:
1) voucher filing and checking
2) reconciliations on numbers
3) system input
4) preparation of payment documents,etc.
and other administrative works assigned by supervisors.
Experience / Skills Required
* Student major in finance or accounting
* Good English skills and communications skills
* Has the willingness to learn things
* Detail orientation
At least 3 working days are required every week.
